Thirteen families sit here, and the first thing to settle is which of three things you are buying. A cartridge has the coil sealed inside it and is replaced whole. A pod is an empty vessel that takes a separate coil. A tank is a threaded, refillable chamber that screws onto a mod. Devices take one of the three and never another.
Get that right, and the rest follows quickly. Get it wrong, and you have bought a part that physically cannot fit the device in your hand.
Cartridge, pod or tank — which your device takes
Sealed cartridges: the UWELL Caliburn GPP covers the G3, G4 and G5 families — the UWELL Caliburn G4 Pod Kit and UWELL Caliburn G5 Koko Pod Kit included; the Geekvape Q Cartridge serves the Geekvape Sonder Q2 Pod Kit; the XROS pod fits every VAPORESSO XROS 5 Pod Kit generation; and the SMOK Novo 5 Pod Kit has its coil built in. On all of these, there is no separate coil and no point looking for one.
Empty pods that take a coil: the SMOK Nord 5 pod, which needs an RPM 3 coil bought alongside it, and the SMOK IPX 80 RPM 2 pod. Buy the pod without the coil, and you have an empty shell.
Threaded tanks: the VOOPOO UForce-X and the PnP X Pod Tank, both of which take PnP X coils and screw onto a mod rather than clicking into a pod slot.
The VOOPOO PnP X cartridge comes in DTL and MTL versions, which look similar and behave differently; the MTL one gives a tighter draw at the same coil.
The Caliburn trap, and why “G4 coil” returns results
UWELL runs four separate cartridge platforms named G, G2, G3 and GPP, which is less helpful than it sounds. On the G and G2, the pod is empty and takes a separate coil. From the G3 generation onwards, the coil is sealed into the cartridge, and UWELL states that GPP fits the G3, G4 and G5 families.
So a Caliburn G4 owner needs a GPP cartridge, not a coil. The G3-specific pod also exists and is a different part again. If you are replacing something on a Caliburn and are not certain which generation you own, the marking on the old part settles it faster than the device name will.
Capacity is a market fact, not a model fact
Almost every pod on this page exists in two capacities: a larger international version and a 2ml version made for the United Kingdom and European Union, where the law caps it. Kenya sets no such cap, so the larger version is the one that belongs here.
That is why a capacity you read on a British listing may not match the part in front of you. No page here treats capacity as a property of the model alone; every figure carries the market it belongs to alongside it.
Product and variant overview
Thirteen families: VOOPOO PnP pods, PnP X DTL and MTL cartridges, PnP X Pod Tank and UForce-X tank; UWELL Caliburn GPP, G3 and A3 pods; Geekvape Q Cartridge; VAPORESSO XROS pods; SMOK Nord 5, Novo 5 and IPX 80 pods.
Compatibility and related products
The Nord 5 pod specifically needs an RPM 3 coil. Ordering the pod alone leaves you with nothing that vapes.
A cartridge at 1.0Ω or above suits a 50/50 nicotine salt; a sub-ohm cartridge or tank wants a 70/30 freebase.
Mods running external cells also need the right battery — see Batteries. Pod kits with a fixed internal cell, such as the UWELL Caliburn A3 Pod Kit, need nothing from that shelf at all.
Buying guidance
Check whether your device takes a cartridge, a pod or a tank before anything else. It is the question that decides everything downstream.
Buy the resistance you are replacing. On a sealed cartridge, the resistance is the coil, so changing it changes the draw, the power the device applies, and how the liquid tastes.
Cartridges are consumables, not accessories. A sweet liquid will exhaust one faster than a plain menthol, so buy in line with what you actually vape.
For an unfamiliar part, the marking on the old cartridge identifies the platform immediately. Send a photo of that rather than of the device.
Kenya and Nairobi relevance
Pod orders go out the same day within Nairobi and by courier nationwide. Because Kenya sets no tank-capacity cap, the larger international versions belong on this shelf rather than the 2ml versions made for Britain and the EU.
