The Turbo control is marked on the device itself, which no online source confirmed. Sellers print 850mAh, 1000mAh, and 1800mAh for the cell; 850 is the figure from an older ELFBAR device, and the carton settles it.
What remains genuinely unpublished: e-liquid capacity, coil type and resistance, charging time and input rating, weight, wattage, airflow adjustment, what the Turbo mode is rated at, and any description of any of the twenty liquids.
One item goes the other direction and is instructive. That European storefront does list a smart screen carrying a puff counter, and on that basis the table records one.
